To register your rent agreement online, first you have to send us your documents by WhatsApp (9168163335) OR by Email (info@punerentagreements.com)  then you have to book appointment by phone call. After that we visit your place to take your fingerprints and photo by webcam at the scheduled time. There must be owner, tenant and any 2 witnesses at your place. (*Family members can become witnesses).

Following are compulsory Required Documents:-

1. Owner’s Aadhar Card, PAN Card,

2. Tenant’s Aadhar Card,

3. Any 2 witnesses with Aadhar Card,

4. Index II, Electricity Bill/ Property Tax Receipt

You will receive an agreement copy by E-mail within 3 to 7 working days after bio-metric verification of owner, tenant and witnesses.

We accept Cash, UPI, Net Banking payment.
